How fresh is the coffee when it ships?
We roast to order multiple times a week at our roastery. Your coffee is typically shipped within 24-48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive it at its peak flavor profile.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our specialty beans globally. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Can I manage or cancel my coffee subscription?
Absolutely. You have full control through your customer portal to pause, skip a delivery, swap your coffee selection, or cancel your subscription at any time with no hidden fees.
Is your coffee ethically sourced?
Direct trade is at the heart of Proud Mary. We work closely with farmers and producers to ensure they are paid well above Fair Trade prices, fostering sustainable and long-term relationships.
Do you provide coffee ground for specific brewing methods?
To maintain maximum freshness, we recommend purchasing whole beans. However, we do offer grinding services for Espresso, Filter, or French Press which can be selected on the product page.
What is your return policy for food products?
Due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unhappy with the quality, please contact our support team and we will make it right.
