At Proud Mary Coffee, we want you to love every brew. If you are unsatisfied with your coffee or equipment purchase, please reach out to us within 14 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of why you would like to return the item.

  Verify Product Condition

  Ensure that coffee bags remain unopened and brewing equipment is in its original, unused packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

  Ship Your Item Back

  Once approved, securely pack your items and send them to our roasting warehouse using the provided return shipping label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
