Managed by Fundación Mundo Mujer, the farm forms part of a broader initiative focused on rural development, sustainability, and creating long-term opportunities within coffee-growing communities across the region.
Spanning 14 hectares, Santa Bárbara cultivates a range of high-quality varieties including Geisha, Pink Bourbon, Wush Wush, Java, and Laurina, reflecting both the diversity of Cauca and the farm’s focus on quality-driven production. Coffee is grown within a landscape shaped by conservation and biodiversity, where native trees, protected water sources, and surrounding wildlife form part of the farm’s ecosystem.
Beyond coffee production, Santa Bárbara has also been developed as a place for visitors to experience the culture and landscape of Cauca through ecological trails, farm stays, and an immersive view into daily life on a working coffee farm.
