About: Wbeimar Lasso was named Colombia’s first champion coffee taster in 2009, so it is safe to say he knows what good coffee should be. In 2016 Wbeimar and his wife, Juliana, founded Terra Coffee, an organisation that focuses on producing high-quality coffees with select producers in the Nariño and Huila departments. In turn, this helps the producers get better access to international markets and higher prices for their coffee. In 2018 Wbeimar and Juliana finally purchased their own coffee farm called Las Terrazas (The Terraces) in La Argentina, Huila. This Caturra lot was wet fermented for 22 hours before being pulped, creating an extra sweet and juicy coffee.
