It turns out Juan is quite the artist! In his office, he houses life- sized wooden mannequins (epic) and chairs, all handcrafted by himself. La Guachoca is named after the bird that roams the land. This flavoursome Pacamara has notes of dark chocolate, deep red stone fruits, and a syrupy mouthfeel. This is one indulgent coffee.
